Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde, and Jacquiline Fernandez starrer comedy drama Cirkus, which is all set to hit theatres on December 23rd. The movie is directed by Rohit Shetty. In the comedy-drama, the Bajirao Mastani actor will appear in a completely distinct avatar.

About the film

According to reports, the movie is based on the 1982 classic Angoor, starring Sanjeev Kumar and Deven Verma. This will be the first time Ranveer has played double roles. After Simmba and Sooryavanshi, the movie is Ranveer and Rohit's third collaboration.

Other than Ranveer’s Cirkus, Tiger Shroff’s Ganapatha was earlier slated to release this Christmas, but as per new reports, the movie got scheduled for release next year. Besides, Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas was also set to release this week, but it got rescheduled. The new release date is yet to be announced.

The movie stars Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline, Pooja Hegde in the main lead role, along with the Sanjay Mishra, Mukesh Tiwari and many other supporting character.

Story line:

This movie is based on Angoor 1982, it is about two twin brother who separated at birth and reunited later in their life. several year later when they are coincidentally in the same town. their is lot of confusion and misunderstanding when people mistakes them for each other.
